Privacy policy.

Data controller.

ANTIJANTE is a brand of KKG Fagerholm Oy (business ID 3466687-1, VAT FI34666871), Mäkitie 5, 68580 Larsmo, Finland. Contact: privacy@antijante.com. We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Finnish Data Protection Act (1050/2018).

What we collect.

Applications and email. When you write to us at contact@antijante.com, we receive your name, email address, company, and whatever you include in the message. We use this to answer you and to assess whether we can work together. Legal basis: steps before a contract at your request (GDPR 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (GDPR 6(1)(f)).

Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page, the referrer, the country derived from your IP address, and the browser and device type. Your IP address is not stored. Visits are tied together for one day with a hash that cannot be reversed and is then discarded. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (GDPR 6(1)(f)). Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, no consent banner is needed under the Finnish Act on Electronic Communications Services.

Location for the opening line. On the front page, the rotating "Made in" line can show towns near you. To do this the page asks our hosting provider which country and city your IP address points to. Only visitors in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland get an answer, the result is not stored, and no third party beyond the hosting provider is involved. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR 6(1)(f)).

Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps request logs with IP addresses and technical details for a short period, to keep the site secure and available. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR 6(1)(f)).

We do not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or social media plugins. The site has no forms. We never sell personal data.

Who processes it.

• Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting and analytics. Vercel is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are also covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Our email provider, for messages sent to contact@antijante.com.

How long we keep it.

Applications and correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if we enter into a contract. Analytics: aggregated, with no personal data, kept indefinitely. Server logs: a limited period set by the hosting provider, normally days to weeks.

Your rights.

You can ask to access, correct, or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable form. Write to privacy@antijante.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.

Other points.

The site is served over HTTPS. Our services are for businesses, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
